thats weird. how come so many people got slow speed after a few days... must be tmnux doing sumthing about this.

ady use add/remove under applications but.....

0 before tor and 10 - 25kbps after tor, that torrent has 12 seeders and 77 peers
it was 0 the whole week and only after i switch to deluge it started running.
weird thing now is it sometimes just closes itself...

so,what is wrong with my ktorrent?

the new deluge-torrent_0.5.4.1-1_i386 had problem.. no selective downloads & compact allocation problem.. i had to revert back to 0.5.4.0..well it's a free stuff, and free downloads without vpn..so no complaint too much...

Its useless to close this thread. Like I said , TMNet can really do little or nothing at all. They can't just block ports. If they do , people will find alternative ways. Trust me , this is where people's mind start to work..

just started using ubuntu 2day ... using the vmware player with Ubuntu.

now trying the deluge and i am getting insane uploads which reach 60kps but the download max still 30kps+ ...
anything to boast the download speed? 1st day of linux-Ubuntu ... lolz

deluge is not bad compared to windows...coz of the trottle but i tested on xunlei...some of the local peer is very fast then deluge...

Anyone can help me fix for the incoming connection?

AFter i enable th file sellection in the 1st preferences bar, It prompt to ask me which file to dl. But when i wwan to put dont download for certain file. It come out with alert say that.
FIle Priority can only be set when using full allocation. Please change your preference to disable compact allocation. Then remove and readd this torrent.

While i already put the file allocation to full allocation. And if i want to change it to compact allocation. It seems to be auto go back to full allocation after i open back preference. Deno why. My VM server only 10 gb. I cant dl a 19gb file if i cant choose the file iwan to dl..

Finally installed Ubuntu and Deluge and I'm glad to say it works. I'm geting speeds of >50 KB/S.

I only wish Deluge had options like uTorrent -- e.g. Web Utorrent and the ability to track RSS feeds so I can automatically download my favourite shows.

It works great though -- is there an version for Windows or Mac?

are u sure?.. n what is wrong for them to come here n asking about their problem. At least they can learn sumthing from their mistake.. they also can learn about vmware n ubuntu at the same time.

hmm, i think the alternative offered by blackamikaze is way simpler. install vmware player, run ubuntu, install deluge, run deluge through vmware player.... sry, but i beg to differ.

Its up to your own discrete where you are get the VMware    . I just try and it does work on VM for Ubuntu and deluge.

If you people don't like using virtual os'es, try using andLinux. Its not a virtual os, and it runs linux progs on windows seamlessly. I've not tried it with Deluge though...
