Went to Huni sales gallery this afternoon. Block A mostly all sold out. Block B they started selling a few floors only. The salesperson told me this Saturday will open up a few more floors for tower B. Iirc, is level 20 something.

For tower A, the salesperson told me got 2 unit available in the highest floor. (31st iinm).

Any cons of getting the units on the highest floor in block A?

kitchen is already part of furnishing for standard unit. will need to add another 50k for full furnish & ID.

EF is end financing. Amount of bank loan to customer for specific project. So if EF full, bank cant give loan to customer, developer cant sell the project cz loan nt being approved.

CIMB ppl already standby there that time.. i just checking with them if can submit on same date i booked (already standby some of document needed)

Ask few more bank. CIMB offer my friend 85.5% loan (1st house)..i told him go for more bank better.

an agent for eco sanctuary duduk told me some units (mostly high floors 28,29 etc) are reserved as fully furnished units and will be open to ID companies for a competition, so you can book those units and pray you get a ID that suits your tastes.

I believe both of them have the exact same showroom? As far as I know, EcoSanctuary showroom is only open in July, but my agent gave me some pictures and I managed to "sneak peek" the blocked off showroom from a distance.
