Yup it is Se.Ruang. They converted the second bedroom into a recreational area, probably cause the bedroom would look quite packed, the recreational area would seem like a very nice improvement to default unit. However, I'm not sure tenants will be able to do this for real.

Ecoworld marketing team says July, so I'll probably go have a look again even though I've already booked 1 unit the other day.

I think this jz concept. Design of cz u can change anytime. Bear in mind those sofa, chair, table all r nt in package. If u go and study more about competition, their theme is Scandinavian.

Much simple, modern and clean. But need to wait for final winner result only u will know looks like how.

I’m quite surprised the pick up rate so good. No doubt price is affordable, but dont they have any concern on the super high density in small piece of land? And only got 2 entrance in, the road outside is 2 lane only. Go work back work will queue long outside the road? Commercial title somemore..

Not sure about huni, but if you look at the eco sanctuary seruang location then you may know why the response is good.

Yup, I foresee many units will be open back to public since no commitment to book. Agent told me some people the parents book for themselves then for each kid also, so one family book 4 units.
