Yet to.. but considering. Lake view is jz next to ardence lab (community area that ecoworld used to hav in eri township).. commercial development wont be having there gua. Such a potential n leisure area. Myself bring kids to there jz to have some walk.. very peace n secure area (personal view, may be rich area, u walk there u also feel a kind of standard gua)

In the EA masterplan there’s supposed to be a commercial development across the street from block B.

Anyway block B open for booking today, slightly more expensive starting at 401k

Kinda dilemma. I m eyeing at both project. Ardence and sanctuari. One freehold, one leasehold. But leasehold area have big player there high potential to get the place grow in another 10yr. Seems like pretty good if to invest

Ardence, mature town but investment - nt much potential, but surely great for ownstay.

Just booked one of the last unit of tower A. Agreed, tower B they said will be facing the lake and all the greenery but we all know we’ll be seeing shoplots and all that, then the “nature” all so small lah

If investment maybe i would prefer sanctuary, it’s right beside their mall but have to factor in competing units nearby, across the roundabout near where the HTC are Tropicana is building RSKU i think. But future is bright as so much development there

Ardence RSKU and mosque is also planned in future on the residential side. For road access Sanctuary is better as setia alam damn jam

Chose EA as for ownstay, just like the vibe of the area more. Don’t need a mall beside my house

all new selangor project must include RSKU inside their masterplan. and also alot alot of RSKU

270k for 570 sqf is shitty in this location. lol... might as well buy bebas unit if 270k get 570 sqf.. diuniasen

It will be flat-alike facade hence you see the guard house is "huge" for duduk to disguise whole thing

EW staff already confirmed this will not be under HOC.. why need to rebate 10%?
