Read from Says FB.. come across a property article talking about duduk. seems like a subsidiary or new project from ecoworld. What do you think? https://says.com/my/fun/join-this-new-duduk...agram-challenge little info about this property:- Size: 1000sqft Layout: 3R 2B come with semi furnished Dual car park Location: setia alam & telok panglima garang part -> they mention kota kemuning, but when u search eco sanctuary, address was telok panglima garang.. errrr price: 7600 biji durian at price rm50 - which means rm380k.. Eco Ardence setia alam - freehold but Eco Sanctuary (telok panglima garang one was leasehold.

and i also agree with your prediction of 1.2k rental there. and if 1.2k rental here , high rise rental near setia city mall will go lower i think. you already can see from pricing in trefoil. my friend said oyo are taking over there. cant denied, this will be quite a good location bought for own stay. especially those 2nd generation young one looking for a place to stay nearby with their parent (not under one house).
