They have a 10LV car park which is located at another block, which means after parking, you need to cross a bridge to reach your block. Don't think your parents will like it.

In fact, I am planning to buy one for my parent too. Ground floor. Not require elevator.

Oic. I remember SA told me that there is less privacy at G floor, everyone can walk through. Not very sure.

Yes, units at ground level will have open car park, without shed I guess. That's the con... But it's easier for seniors to bring grocery bags back into unit. The car park building has only 2 bridges link to tower. I afraid they have to climb stairs to get to the bridge, then have to take elevator some more. I can imagine it's very troublesome for them with heavy groceries.

Another con for having ground level is lack of privacy. That's what I worry at first. But for seniors I prefer them to meet or see more people instead of facing the brick wall all day. When they see other seniors sembang at playground area, they can just easily walk out from unit to join the group.

Another reason I prefer ground level is because the facilities like gym is at same level. They can easily access to it.

All my above comments are for senior citizens consideration only. If for youngsters or investment purpose, I would recommend to get higher unit level.

As long as not next to the entrance then it is ok if u can accept the cons mentioned.
Else it would be very noisy and sometimes ppl gather there to smoke/chit chat

Hello neighbours. I'm new here.

Get to learn from SA, the land right opposite lake being earmarked for convention/exhibition centre. Height will not be taller than a standard hall. Hence, not to worry on potential blocked lakeview from level 10 onwards. Still, better double confirm with SA or any members in this forum who booked Huni.

Personally, I opt for South West instead of North East direction, nearer to Tower A. Unit located several floors above highest possible car park lot. No other choice due to late comer. North East does give that feel-good atmosphere, nice to have view of sun rise, lake and surrounding landscape.
