bolehlah... since their t&c also mentions, to entitle 5% discount, u need to sign s&p.. by right during this period u should have sign LO - if is serious buyer who really eye-ing on that smart home item

now i worried the quality of the so call "free gift" like wardrobe and kitchen
as i was informed, cooktop, wardrobe quality will be not as same like show unit
will be "degraded" but duno how much it degraded

yes, visited.. plan to get my house living area designed like se.ruang. but room design like huni instead. clean n clear.luckily im nt taking designer floor. else gotta cry with extra amount top up with the fully furnishing.

both location was good.. but i personally choose se.ruang as the final point. gotten offer from hlb - 2.98% not bad la..

so far still waiting pbe, cimb and mbb to revert.. rhb banker that provide in their panel list basically useless & bad service - guess they have been earning alot of comms, happen if they go holiday they don even care to reply u or they will ask go for other.

huni has different show unit?
