According to SA, ceiling height is 9ft. Take it with grain of salt until blank n white from developer. What is standard ceiling height for apartment @ condo?
*
9 ft is too low. my low medium apartment has 10ft after installed plaster ceiling

The marketing of this Huni project seems a bit awkward. Many information cannot be answered by SA at sales gallery. For instance the corridor surface (tiles or concrete), appliances brand, etc. I would expect a well known developer like Ecoworld to come out with design details before opening for public to purchase.

Try to check their hidden cost with bankers. From what I know, PBB is only allow 70% max saving on interest. This means that you should not put in advanced payment of more than 70% of your outstanding balance. Above 70% will not lower your loan interest. This does not apply to other banks. My info might be wrong.

They have a 10LV car park which is located at another block, which means after parking, you need to cross a bridge to reach your block. Don't think your parents will like it.
