Hi, this is my first time bought a Zitron original Nokia N82 yesterday. I got 2 questions:-
1. I found my phone got 2 dead pixels, although only 2, but it attracted my attention all the while. It's anybody have the same experience and can we get 1 to 1 exchange or repaired?
2. It's my careless. I also found that the date code of the warranty sticker (the rectangular, shinning silver metallic color sticker) is month 08 and year 08. However, warranty card indiate that i bought in september. Does this mean that the phone is not totally new? (somebody might bought it in august and return to the seller). Do you think i eligible to get 1 to 1 exchange, in this case?

ap csl set now provied 15 months warranty and 6 months accessories warranty. you can direct bring your phone go service without warranty card. their will check your phone IMEI number.. NO WATER SET if you buy high end phone.. because the repair cost is higher.. locat set at least you can claim warranty..
