Hi, this is my first time bought a Zitron original Nokia N82 yesterday. I got 2 questions:-

1. I found my phone got 2 dead pixels, although only 2, but it attracted my attention all the while. It's anybody have the same experience and can we get 1 to 1 exchange or repaired?
2. It's my careless. I also found that the date code of the warranty sticker (the rectangular, shinning silver metallic color sticker) is month 08 and year 08. However, warranty card indiate that i bought in september. Does this mean that the phone is not totally new? (somebody might bought it in august and return to the seller). Do you think i eligible to get 1 to 1 exchange, in this case?
