I always opt for Singapore Airlines as they have Haneda flight that arrive in the morning. Almost all hotels in Tokyo will keep your luggage until u check-in in the afternoon. I will leave bag, go for breakfast and explore temples and back to hotel for check-in after late lunch

Singapore Airline to Haneda already change to 10pm arrived time after Covid. All Foreigners International flight to Haneda only allow arrived at Night.
Morning & Afternoon time are reserved for ANA & JAL for boosting their ticket sales.
If you Take ANA from Singapore to Haneda then you will arrived in morning.

You want good timing at Haneda, you are forced to take JAL & ANA or landed at Narita.
This is how the Good Government do thing. Boost own carrier and Boost Narita Airport income.

Pre-Covid Time, ANA & JAL from KUL & SIN are reaching at 10pm. Now reschedule to 6.30pm!!!!

Mid or March Condition: Heavy Snow
Otaru - Sapporo are heavy usage road, so road will be always in removed snow by those snow boulder truck. Safe to drive but need extra caution.
Niseko & Hakodate road condition will be very bad. Train will be 50/50 chances closed due to heavy snow.
No snow driving experience are not recommended.

End of March / Early April Condition: Snow
Otaru - Sapporo road condition will good but still in slippery condition. Drive with extra caution.

Niseko & Hakodate road condition will be very slippery. Both side of Road can see very thick snow wall. Snow Boulder truck cleaning snow ration not as much as Sapporo - Otaru, so snow accumulated in road will be alot and very slippery. JR Hokkaido train will be operation.
(No Snow driving experience are not recommended)
