I won't travel oversea during this period of time. To be a responsible Malaysia citizen, I won't want to fly oversea and facing the possibility of infected with COVID-19 and back to Malaysia, it will basically start another wave of local transmission. Life is short doesn't mean you need to take risk over this. If got infected when you return from oversea, it will risk the life of your family, relative, friends and colleagues.

I believe as long as there is no vaccine, any oversea travel will have to be apply with 14 days of quarantine upon return to Malaysia.

I also supporting domestic travel as long as not huge outbreak within Malaysia.

AFAIK there is no minimum topup on iPhone Suica. I once topup 30yen just to get the exact balance for my last train fare in Japan

No Expired Date, but if you not using more than 6 month, it will automatic deactived. You need to Japan ticket counter to kick start again.

Way more than enough. Bus from Narita to Tokyo City appox 90 minute. If you want fastest, can take Mini Shinkansen (Skyliner) to Ueno 40 minute.
I got few nice & cheap Unagi pocket list. You can try but it taste sure can't beat those 10k Yen above Unagi restraurant lah....but still very good.

Damn facebook keep showing memories of my trip last now and now itching to go back again. Thinking to bring my parents to Hokkaido next year covering Sapporo/Otaru/Hakodate and maybe to nearby locations. I wonder if this is a good idea considering they are elderly and Hokkaido has lack of public transportation (?) compared to other cities. Yes. They removed the sitting space for more shelf. You can eat outside at parking lot. Rubbis Bin also at outside.
