For apartment dwellers: jumping jacks, stretches and recall your primary school exercises.

For creative people: make a ball of paper so thick, play with your cat collect the ball. Ping pong balancing. Punching in the air lightly.

I just like the air outside and a small garden to walk around. Look at the skies.

Tabata exercises. Also follow some CrossFit people on Instagram, loads of them are sharing home workouts and even suggesting things you can substitute with (if you don't have a particular equipment)

I run in place for an hour to clock in my cardio.

Planking to maintain core strength.

And I watch what I eat. I don't order any takeouts but instead cook a low sodium meal of rice and chicken with a side of steam vegetables.

i do very little if any as i dont really have alot of time for rest, but you guys should try static exercise of mild intensity; pick up the 1kg waterbottle and do angkat berat 10minutes each arm after each meals and snacking to burn off excess calories. Do too much exrcise, then u burnj too much n get hungry and eat more

I installed a pull-up bar on my doorway and that was one of the best exercise (work-from-home) equipment I've used. Whenever I walk out, I simply hit 5 reps. It adds up to a lot.

Push-ups is probably a good exercise too but I'd prefer pull-ups.

10 mins, as many reps as possible
10 air squats
9 dumbbell snatches, right arm
10 push ups
9 dumbbell snatches, left arm

If no dumbbell, can carry detergent or milk bottle (1.5kg approx)

I'm using my adjustable inclined/flat bench + free weights (i.e 2 x 20kg + 2 x 10kg dumb bells) at home 4 x times a week since i don't have access to heavier weights to do the basics while waiting for the MCO to be lifted.

As for cardio, since the swimming pools are closed indefinitely i do brisk walks around the public park in my neighbourhood for 30 - 45mins (wearing a face mask, that is).

I have a power tower to do pull ups, pushups, rows.
Then a 30KG weighted to make push ups harder.
Also use the vest for lunges to train legs.
Vest for curls/lateral raise.
Red/Black band for tricep pressdowns.
And standing calf raises.
I also sell the set.

Cardio kickboxing at home for one hour, follow youtube. Next day walk up and down the hills, minimum 5KM, usually about an hour. Then rest for one day, then rinse and repeat.

Exactly the same routine and weight as when i go gym.

Squat, Bench, deadlift, row, ohp, facepull, tri-pull down, db bicep curls.

A powerack, barbel, some spare plates (200~kg total), a cable pulldown machine, a good adjustable bench, some dumbell set - that’s all i ever need for a full body workout emphasising on health and strength to prepare for future old age.

Mad jelly.

Otoh, I Just finished 10 sets of 10 burpees, 10 hammer curls, 10 barbell plate squat & 10 barbell plate around the world in under 26 mins. Minimal gains, maximum effort.

LOL!

But yeah, preparing body for old age, strength training is second to none. I wish I have at least 150kg plates and a squat rack. Squatting something you can push above your head is just more conditioning than actual strength gains.
