That the things also Myra near with exit highway :-) if your loan can approved and got extra for monthly repayment why not. The location have high chances for rent/sell :-) check it out!

Myra Gardens: - price below 450k - size bigger 20×70 - near with BRP - easy access - near with school, masjid, pasar, tasik biru jetski, klinik, speed mart,atm, seven e, petronas, kedai runcit, hardware, klinik, mamak everything almost there :-) |

Scientex kundang jaya is good but the 2nd phase is too expensive.
Myra Gardens you can get rm402k after rebate with HOC. Maybe it's their 1st phase. |

My loan can approve limit up to 350k only :-) SKJ is mine! Need to prepare cash from now: - tiles porch parking - grill - kitchen cabinet - table top - cctv - plaster ceiling Estimate 30k :-) |
