What do you guys think about Scientex Rawang project? Is that project a good choice? I am thinking to buy there but I am reconsidering as its on sloppy land.

i dont really understand actually..lawyer said if mot waive i only need yo pay around 3k++ for lawyer fee...but under hoc do we still need to pay that 3k+?... qingggggg liked this post

Anyone notice that Scientex Kundang Jaya is next to cemetery area?
It's so close with the development land. I've visited the nearby area and you can see the cemetery from Latar highway.  |
