I went to the sales gallery yesterday but the masterplan for this project still blurry. Maybe the developer is yet to launch the project. I like the idea of 3-storey but is a NO for me because there is no bathroom at the 3rd floor. If they put bathroom at the 3rd floor, sure it will be selling out fast.
Scientex is quite a big developer, but their recent project in Durian Tunggal, melaka received a lot of complaints due to defect. Hope they can improve the quality in kundang jaya. I'm looking for their 2-storey house but not available anymore. Anybody here succeeded with bank loan? which bank is offering great interest rate?

The best part of this project is located at forest area... Not from kelapa sawit or lombong area. But, the area still no commercial buildings and people need to drive about 10 minutes to buy daily needs. I saw empty rumah kedai at the road between industrial area and road to rawang town...not sure due to CCC problems or marketing failure.

Agreed. But that's the current situation in kundang jaya that we are talking about. They lack of shoplots, wet market etc. I dont simply complaint or digging too much about the location, it's something that very important for future owners. They should know and think about these things wisely. smile.gif
Maybe scientex's agent could drop some hints whether they are planning something in order to live up the area.

Azalea is overpriced, that's why they cant sell very well. Same goes to Taman Sari next to Scientex Rawang...
If Gamuda Gardens can develop the area according to their masterplan, it's gonna be great.
But, Kundang Estates also by Gamuda can be considered as non-successful. They got poor sales and Gamuda cant do anything to improve the area significantly.

wow. so expensive already for second phase. Better get Myra Gardens with that price tag.
They got clubhouse and walking distance to the public school.
In a golf club area some more.. Scientex should offer HOC because Myra Gardens is currently offering...

Scientex kundang jaya is good but the 2nd phase is too expensive.
Myra Gardens you can get rm402k after rebate with HOC. Maybe it's their 1st phase.

Anyone notice that Scientex Kundang Jaya is next to cemetery area?
It's so close with the development land. I've visited the nearby area and you can see the cemetery from Latar highway. brows.gif
