I'm staying at kepong and planning to get landed house for investment. I'm impressed with Gamuda Garden township but the property price is out of my budget so I am considering Scientex Kundang Jaya as just next to Gamuda Garden. Now i wondering to get 3 storey or 2 storey as the pricing not much different. Here is my questions, I hope sifu can guide me before I made a booking.
1) What is the estimation growth of property price at this area? I noticed there is no much price growth for Azalea Homes.
2) What is the workmanship of Scientex?
3) What is the reason makes you take 2 storey instead of 3 storey.

Landed property in city is hard to find or will be sky high price. 10years ago we said sungai buloh is very far, but after many years of development and road wider, now we say it is not too far. New township need time to grow.. maybe 10years later, Kundang Jaya will appreciate too.. of coz now have to depend on GG , whether successful of their commercial project or not (they claimed is mid valley 2 la)
