"Some places are not meant to shine no matter what u do to it. Even cyber which is so freaking far away from KL will appreciate more.

Something about this town. To me it’s rawang not much activity going on less community places, flocked with oversupply of houses. For own stay is all right if u want bigger sized house but that’s the only selling point. generally young ppl will not like rawang.

Rawang is well connected infrastrucutally but it still fail. Why?" :-)

I think successful of township depend on its location and how far distance from big city like PJ and KL, lets say within 30min travel time consider very good and there is potential to grow. Landed property in city is hard to find or will be sky high price. 10years ago we said sungai buloh is very far, but after many years of development and road wider, now we say it is not too far. New township need time to grow.. maybe 10years later, Kundang Jaya will appreciate too.. of coz now have to depend on GG , whether successful of their commercial project or not (they claimed is mid valley 2 la)

All depend on own preferences and purposes
"most bought in kundang lived near there or moved from inner city for more space. Hence, is a sleepy town to outsiders" :-)

Raining everyday.. it's not September yet.. construction delays
Covid19 coming again lockdown no thanks to Covid19.. sometimes thinking should i proceed with this house :-) just follow the flow don't think to much :-) government loan dpt kunci baru start bayar.. so sweet :-)

3 storey non bumi 477k (RRP) intermediate

For own staying yes I'm in kundang/rawang since 2011 pergi balik kerja
For investment sell/rent is better looking on south area but a bit pricey

"All government things, high speed train, it hub, sepang f1, airport semua at south sure south Ong. Look at jobs opportunity also south got more. Stay south can go city also near.

Stay north go city still OK but lagi go south for goverment, train, airport, it hub......

Last time North also develop too fast. Due rumors airport near there at the end tak jadi. Now need time to digest." :-)
