I think successful of township depend on its location and how far distance from big city like PJ and KL, lets say within 30min travel time consider very good and there is potential to grow. Landed property in city is hard to find or will be sky high price. 10years ago we said sungai buloh is very far, but after many years of development and road wider, now we say it is not too far. New township need time to grow.. maybe 10years later, Kundang Jaya will appreciate too.. of coz now have to depend on GG , whether successful of their commercial project or not (they claimed is mid valley 2 la)

For investment sell/rent is better looking on south area but a bit pricey
"All government things, high speed train, it hub, sepang f1, airport semua at south sure south Ong. Look at jobs opportunity also south got more. Stay south can go city also near.
Stay north go city still OK but lagi go south for goverment, train, airport, it hub......
Last time North also develop too fast. Due rumors airport near there at the end tak jadi. Now need time to digest." :-)
