Trying to send money from Setel to TouchandGo Wallet, use Setel scan TnG duitnow QR returns error about merchants accounts under maintenance. This means not any personal QR can be transferred towards from Setel? Regardless of TnG or other ewallets.?

got this message "auto top-up is currently locked" and not able to enable the auto top-up.

anyone face this before?

try to enable able? Setel Help - How do I disable auto top-up?

or this? Setel Help - How do I enable auto top-up?

maybe temporary downtime. try contact CS later.

I also facing same issue

I try to spend 3times at petronas mesra shop then have to wait another 72hrs to reactivate auto reload function.

I see, do you need to contact them to reactivate it?

I have spent a few times also after seeing the notice but using the pink QR code at shops instead. Not sure if it will count or not.

To send money from setel, the other party needs to be a merchant instead of personal account.

mine got disabled again. previously was okay and my last auto top up was in May.

depends on outlet. just try each one that you encouter and ask the staff if possible to pay using setel wallet.
