Basically u need to serve silverlake for 5 years to get better increment let say your per diem now is 90 after 5 years oni they upgrade it to 120... hooohohoho so yeah for fresh grad to earn experience in banking software try this company la but dont stay too long or u might end up staying there forever....

i think the test is in java language, so go Indonesia learn the language first J/K heheh

Have never tried for Java developer yet but normally, you will encounter a IQ test quiz that last for 1 hour before going for interview there.

any one have been working in the Java team in Silverlake before?

can share with us how the environment and what will they probably do in their scope?

hmm...i went through the interview and got offered. but rejected after that coz i dun like to work there . the test they gv u are IQ and logic test. very simple but i cant finish though, left few of the questions left . but keep in mind that if u work in the HQ u wont be able to access lowyat.net anymore (or any other websites to be precise).

does silverlake need a cryptologist?? or coding theorist??

i m goin for interview in sliverlake on tuesday but i have no idea wat's going to happen as i send my resume to my fren uncle who is working there now
