U have to breach one of the tnc in order for them to do so. If they use fraudulent clause. If u have a lot of transaction they can only advise u to open CA.

Those business ppl, they might have more than 50 transfers to their acc per day, hence, bankers always call to advise close SA or just open CA so that able to receive more transfers from customer.
