It took me a month because I was rushing to go back to Uni that time. I was doing physio exercise everyday to get my muscles around the knee back to working condition. |

what is your BMI ts ?
BMI is not an accurate measurement but at least it is a good guideline.
overweight or obese pipu will have knee problem.
unless you are extremely active in sport and hurt yourself.
