My friend did the surgery for misaligned knee cap though. No harm whatsoever, just do the exercises actively after that.

If you go to a good doctor, there won't be any scars also; e.g., I had ACL surgery with only 2 dots above and below my knee. Can't even see now.

Walking is good for the knee

My knee injury isn't that severe. Can still walk and run like normal.

Unlike a friend of mine, he walks like an OKU (one leg short and long) and it is painful each time he walks)

If walking feel pain, then is abnormal. Need to do surgery asap
