Most chiropractors are seriously quacks. They keep using vague unscientific terms. And propose to solve your problem by just a few cracks, but say you have to come back 20 times. This guy tried to tell me my bones were "stuck".

Me: How? Stiff muscle make it stick together is it?
Him: No, adhesion
Me: What is adhesion? Friction? Glue?
Him: Um. Ah. Not friction. Maybe like glue, the bones stick together
Me: *facepalm"

All the times I went to chiropractors, they didn't work or made it worse. Or just healed with time.

What you want is a physiotherapist. Who can explain more believably about muscles, bones and movement patterns, and propose some rehab exercises you can do on your own.

All the sports athletes use physios, not chiro's.

I can't recommend the one I'm seeing, cos he's an old man, only able to service for a few families.. No more taking in new customers.

Yeah.. he’s also super sked with any procedure.. I’ve told him to go Any country he wants to, fix his back, and relax+holiday for a while with family. Then return back to KL once he’s recover, also sked.. and he’s worry leh if he’s not around, all of my cars wouldn’t get enough attention. He doesn’t trust our other drivers 🙄🙄. Tried many places he found.. and he said no positive progress yet so far. Would give a try uncle bill’s recommendation hehe
