Walking is good for the knee

My knee injury isn't that severe. Can still walk and run like normal.

Unlike a friend of mine, he walks like an OKU (one leg short and long) and it is painful each time he walks)

If walking feel pain, then is abnormal. Need to do surgery asap

Surgery is the last resort
*
Though I agree with surgery as a last resort, but to be fair, it depends. Having the surgery early could make it less complicated - just my 2cents from my experience; i.e., I waited 2 weeks for classes to end to go to the hospital and do a proper MRI and surgery, turns out my meniscus really suffered because of that. Now, everything's all right, even my insurance removed it from their exclusion.

My friend could barely walk for 1/2 an hour, so he really had to do it.

Can I know how old are you?

Which part of your knees are painful, front or back?

Do you feel better after the chiro adjustments?

If you can run or walk without pain, can I ask whether you climb stairs the right way?

How much is your weight?

How long have you been feeling this pain?

Tit Tar can fix knee pain?
If I were not mistaken, Tit Tar is good for pain caused by injury. But your knee pain is more likely caused by degeneration.
