ya. all sold out except bumi. They have range of 50-70 per phase, hence not so densed compared to lagenda. Yes, indv title and freehold. Yeah, was lucky to grab a corner, way bigger than Lagenda.. its 24x75 while lagenda is 20x65.. hence its sold out like hot cakes

showhow u get a "township" in legenda land plot.
shop lots,low cost flat, school, carparks..a big mosque etc..

So now 3 phases, max 210 units?? How much the security fee? Got guard house or just guard post only? 24x75 is nice, wider for parking.

The one direct behind ioi mall is puchong legenda ..total got 4 phases the whole project..now only open for phase 1( 3xx units ) . Phase 1 got a , b and c. 1A and 1C currently all sold out ( loan approved) . Currently waiting for them to launch phase 1b ( stated only 1xx units ) , and agent told me booking cheque Dy more than 1xx.

Actually depend what u want...the build up size is 3163sqf, total of 5+1 rooms and 5 bathroom , 20*70 .Phase 1a and 1c selling rm938k after rebate. Which mean only 3xx PSF. But leasehold la...hahahha...so u have to weight lo...of course if there is a choice..I will also buy legasi ( I saw got 5 rooms also for legasi 1 layout)..but I already miss the boat :-(

Actually I a little confused. Landed psf is calculated by land area or the build up size ? Can anyone highlight me? High appreciated ☺️

Went for their show room few week ago, yea 20 x 70 not small not big, but location wise for me superb middle of town and it is 3 floor. so depend what you want. For the overall not bad but all sold out, left limited unit which is corner -.-

Last week went to see show room again . Left 3 units still but pricr must more higher then standard.

I guess the answer lies on the demand, the cons of lagenda outweighs the pros for legasi and i think alot property agents and speak on this given the launch of legasi was fully sold within hours but lagenda took forever to sell all..

No matter how Kinrara is still a more strategic location vs puchong, that’s all matters. If Kinrara is done up and priced as a proper strata development, don’t be surprise if sps be launching at 1.5mil for intermediates

Used to be nothing happening, but Bukit Jalil is bringing Kinrara up to a new level.
You felt Kinrara is limited by BJ Highway right? So do I, but Kinrara has 2 expressways to look forward to, BPE and PJD. Also alot of underlying old money here, watch how Theara and Anggun semid being snapped up. Especially Theara doh.gif no chance at all
