Just went there to see they showroom, quite nice, jus a bit small overal and the kitchen, but 3 storey and good location. So ok. it will be available to see showroom 25 nov onward by booking i think .

Went for their show room few week ago, yea 20 x 70 not small not big, but location wise for me superb middle of town and it is 3 floor. so depend what you want. For the overall not bad but all sold out, left limited unit which is corner -.-

Last week went to see show room again . Left 3 units still but pricr must more higher then standard.

most of the material increase already, i want to extend my kitchen, price change so much before mco and after mco.

when mco period, i believe developer worry can't sell out they have to put lowest price to increase buyer.

interest on bayan, might go their office ask for more info.

heard said around 1.4m . can go their office to ask.
