No matter how Kinrara is still a more strategic location vs puchong, that’s all matters. If Kinrara is done up and priced as a proper strata development, don’t be surprise if sps be launching at 1.5mil for intermediates

Tat legenda land could be a success comercial hot spot, but at kinrara cant. BPE and PJD is a good booster to kinrara, but i think u dont really wish these highway close to ur kinrara houses  Sorry but Puchong golden mile isn’t golden living for me, I actually can see it makes for better living at 16 sierra side |
