considered the argo also when my power cracked after hitting pothole, but went with pro stealth instead. when I was young and did mtb the best saddle for my ass was the WTB rocket, and it came in sky blue same as my mtb frame lol. but apparently WTB saddles arent used by roadies so went with roadie saddles

ya.. was grateful just to own a road bike when ur a kid. no money to spend on anything else.. i remembered i saved for months just to buy a green wired cateye speedometer.. was using a saddle branded Velo.. apparently they are now the biggest oem saddle manufacturer in the world. Frame was scavenged and resprayed with Vitus decals inspired by Sean Kelly.. drilled holes for bottle cages, welded the RD hanger on the dropout.

fuyoh DIY. havent had the pleasure of riding roadbike during steel era, was too short for most frame sizes hahaha. my mtb also was using cateye wired speedometer, then upgraded to one with cadence sensor, damn ugly use cable tie run the wire under top tube follow seat tube to crank haha. then a few years later upgraded to VDO one, felt so canggih got more features. mana tau after that garmin gps and strava rendered all that useless cry.gif

haha ya those days speedometer was like the only training tool u can have to track mileage and workouts.. heart rate monitors was out of reach as it was very new and expensive then. I had a yokohama mtb as well then later upgraded to Spez alu mtb frame after Form 5.. those days branded mtb stuff was really rare, had to go all the way to Muar to buy the frame and rockshox fork.

Yeap... remembered mtb bar-ends only cost rm25.. problem was not really the price but it was really hard to find shops that bring them in... cycling as a sport was still in its infancy. Brand new tubular tires was like RM50

Wow, that was a nice bike. Never had a road bike before but back then had a BMX and was cycling after primary school. Then got a Raleigh MTB but just stock, never had money to upgrade anything but it was fun!

Lately, many people have begun adopting a healthier lifestyle by playing sports, apart from hitting the gym. That being said, one thing to note is that; it’s important to not to push yourselves too hard.

Just like this one TikToker known as @clayncreation, she posted a video of herself being carried out by her trainer and also her friends. According to her, she had attended an indoor cycling class at a local gym at the time.

“My legs shut down. I’m weakkk,” she wrote on her caption. In a subsequent update, she revealed that her left leg was unable to move after the incident, sparking concerns about her condition. The female user has since gone viral on the video sharing platform, with it being watched for over 318k times at the time of writing (Tuesday, 2nd March).

The replies space has also been flooded with netizens expressing their concerns for the young lady. Others were also worried on whether she is suffering from Rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown), which can cause serious complications such as kidney failure, and worse, death!

Other than that, there were also some commentators who advised those who haven’t exercised for a long time to not exert themselves too much as well as to take things slow.
