Nobody is arguing whether the case can be won or not. There is never a sure win or sure lose court case in the world. Even the many USA landmark cases such as United States v. Windsor 2013 that the federal gov must provide benefits to legally married same-sex couples was only won on merely 5-4 votes.

Who knows if somedays there is another landmark case regard to breach of promise from online forum.

That's why you only got a C or B in the law of contract paper. You won't say that if you were an A student previously.
