Yup, so far Puchong that is affected by this flood is around Taman Kinrara, Taman Mas Puchong and Koi Prima. These areas are lower and near Klang River.

There will be a gradient, not entire flat slab.
Monitor if there is water retention after rain, then you will have problems in long run if there is..

ya correct.. its not flat roof, theres gradient. looks flat from the back but from front view can see the gradient
