Haha nolah PBJ less than 30% as of now i think.
Lets be realistic, how many years does pyramid mall/MV/Gardens/IOI mall takes to get more than 90% occupancy tenants? Years? PBJ has just opened less than 2 weeks my god.

Haha thanks. Okay lah, I don’t plan to extend too, maybe some awning only… Not really complicated la, i just pass everything to my lawyer, expensive lo because no HOC, MOT and stamp duty. Need pay from my pocket lo cry.gif

both L1 and L2 height is the same which is 13 feet lower level and 11 feet upper level.
L1 looks taller because its on elevated land and also the front and back facade is symmetrical
However L2 looks short because from the main road, the back is lower as it slopes backwards
the house look tall from front view (had a chance to go in the site)
a lot feedback on L1 and L3 design are like half a house.

Oh i check google map, Taman Kinrara and Bandar Kinrara very far apart.

So only Taman Kinrara affected? I am surveying that area and worry about this

Yup, so far Puchong that is affected by this flood is around Taman Kinrara, Taman Mas Puchong and Koi Prima. These areas are lower and near Klang River.
