What do you think the price will be by the time VP? For Legasi 2 owners will there be problem with a flat roof? Eg. Water not fully flow away

There will be a gradient, not entire flat slab.
Monitor if there is water retention after rain, then you will have problems in long run if there is..

ya correct.. its not flat roof, theres gradient. looks flat from the back but from front view can see the gradient

Subsale Legasi jumped 300/400k upon completion, congrats. But I don't like the facade as much as say Qaseh or Chinta though, am I old fashion? haha

The houses from Legasi series look very modern. Love it there as I stay in Puchong (minus the traffic jam). It is near to Bukit Jalil Park too

Got Sapphire and Irama with the more conventional facade also at BK8. Appearance subjective lo. Beauty in eye of beholder. 😄

That would be best. But individual title, even making some owner pay maintenance fees also hard, wanna pool money together for grander entrance, is super hard, though not impossible
