IMHO, i think because puteri is more mature given older development vs kinrara hence they are aware of the area more. but usually puteri is associated with the word JAM. hence its a negative connotation and people want to avoid that area as its prone with flood and etc..

i fully agreed people dont really know wheres Kinrara because lack of prominent landmark and i always refer to opposite bukit jalil and more recently now i would say near pavillion bukit jalil as im sure everyone would know the latest high end luxury mall development here...

It is fine to give tremendous support to any property developer or area. But every place got its pros and cons so it is pointless to praise until sky high or criticize until worthless as no any area is perfect. Every place near to the city will be jam nevertheless, LDP-Kinrara (Bukit Jalil Highway) JAM every day also. Just purchase anywhere that is suitable for us and live happily. Peace out smile.gif

Not that high end also . Bj demographic spending power is nowhere near damansara mk or the real pavilion In bukit Bintang .

yeah fully agreed as this is balanced view with pros and cons.
Hence, ultimately its crucial to have the pros outweigh the cons.

I definitely echo LDP highway is jam not only everyday but almost every hour! haha

Its merely comparing puteri and kinrara.
That goes without saying.. definitely not near damansara mk or pav kl.

This is a mid end mall nowhere near High end or luxury.

saw some tenant listing and its at mid end mall range.
Hoping to see if the premium bank coming in for flagship store? But expansion plans definitely crippled by the pandemic at the on going moment.

At least i think there's some good eateries already nearby soon.
IOI and MV was the nearest place currently to have some decent mall food.

Maybe the smaller buildup is a strategy to keep the materials costs down. Covid messed up the supply chain.

Proly exceed 2.5mil list price if 4xxx sq ft.

you are right.. this is definitely one big drawback already.
The previous anggun semi d also is around this build up.
I guess best to look for subsale in Kinrara now instead of buying new ones..

That's good. It means Setia will spruce up their entrance too. The road that side could use it.

Gotta say the part near the BK9 bungalows looks a bit underwhelming compared to near Qaseh.
