I actually went around the area. I am not well versed with Bandar Kinrara, how is the cpaital appreciation and rental here. I was looking at the legasi 3, but the land size quite small and was wondering if this would be a good investment.

My opinion. The location is so so and entry road to bk8 kinda sux. A lot of houses on subsale. If want to buy for own stay still can. Not too sure for investment

surrounding of bk8 still need some time to mature, but at this price, this size near to bukit jalil and freehold, really quite hard to find

rental yield for kinrara is a far fetch though, especially landed. Double Story terrace generally in RM1500 - 2000 only.

Capital appreciation would be something possible when the economy recovers and another property bull cycle

there are another 2-3 phases of terrace houses planned in Kinrara, but Legasi 3 will likely be the last launch of Year 2020.

I think there will be another last round of launch of Legasi 4 which is longer and wider. 22x80 .

22x80 is better than 24x65 for layout

Yea, Legasi 1 (70+ unit) and Legasi 2 (70+unit) is 22x75 and Legasi 3 (40+unit) is 24x65, same with the pic I took at the site there, so there will be Legasi 4 which is 22x80. Just went to the site few days ago, saw the construction begin. So guessing this Legasi 4 will be launch also after this Legasi 3.
