I went to anggun before and the entrance is a make shift security guard house. Not really eye pleasing like Qaseh one.

Anggun has discount, my basketball friend just placed a remaining unit at 15% discount which would be around 1.6?

Ooo that explains why Developer risk cannibalising Legasi corner lots which are priced close to 1.6m also.

Sorry to say that the fact of the matter is junction units are more likely to end up in auction. Whether or not believe in fengshui, there are real disadvantages to staying in front of a junction.

On a more positive note, legasi 3 brochure n scale model come out alrdy ah?😅

Junction units if not 30% discount, I think most people will try to avoid... cz buyer pool are much much smaller

Yup I was tempted. But all 3 units is at Tjunction.
Does other races other than cinis pantang tjunction as well? If not, it’s a good buy at 1.6M

Btw, to all sifus here, how to avoid the TnB substation ? Not mention in their site plan. Will they tell when unit selection time?

Actually now all races got pantang t-junction... at least they try to avoid
1.7 lah, not 1.6. Left 3 units meh? I thought left 2 junction units only

Btw, heard that the main road is actually higher than Anggun 2, in fengshui wise also not so good.

Not sure which site plan u looking at. The one on mhub shows the tnb substation quite clearly...

Cause every phase of Legasi will have one TnB substation, not mention in the brochure. Like in Rimbun, some unit backyard are TnB substation. And if not mistaken Qaseh 2 or Qaseh 3, the TnB substation just in front and beside playground .

I might be wrong but i think Legasi 2 dont have TNB substation at least from what i saw in brochure and site plan when i bought..
