I see those Xbox Series S selling RM1700++, Xbox Series X selling RM3000++, is it reasonable price?

Looking at the stock situation, most of the retailers here are taking stocks from either EU/UK or Japan hence the higher price.

I guess if you need it now, GH’s pricing is decent

yeah the price looks decent just 3 months warranty is a bummer.

Take the normal price benchmark:

Series S - RM1,499
Series X - RM2,199

Then self judge

I don’t think you can get 2,199 now for the Series X. Those were the price from MS Singapore, and now the entire world is facing shortage - retailers are getting it from other countries with higher conversion rates.

Like I said, if you can wait out until Jan/Feb next year, hopefully the price will stabilise again.

I'd pay 3k for Xbox X if someone fpund a way to dual boot Win10 on it. That hardware platform is just waiting for pcmr.

Microsoft made sure of it.
The Xbox one had been around since 2013 and people have been wanting to install windows on it ever since released.
Until today, it remained impossible.

y still got people buying ps5
no game center, gigantic console, no switch app features

1) Exclusives
2) Loyalist
3) PS5 is widely seen as the only next gen console officially in Malaysia.

Same with xbox series...no truly next gen games for now... My series s just play forza horizon & ninja gaiden 2...

Both "next gen" console right now basically promo backward compatibility i guess.

But Xbox right now win a lot cause the Game Pass, we basically no need worry to "re-buy" old game here.

They will never... ever... surpass ninja gaiden 2.

I’m still going for the PS5.
But the stock issue and extremely high demand has increase the price for it. I’ll wait till the price drops below their RRP for their digital edition. No need for disc since I’ve my Xbox.

Reason being... exclusives.
A real pity we can’t transfer save files across platforms.
Would be nice to play KH3 and FF15 without needing to start from scratch.
