Yeah EA Play inclusion in Gamepass Ultimate is a really pleasant surprise. People like to hentam EA, and I suppose some of the criticism is valid. But they still make good games, like Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. That's one game I was holding out on purchasing on Xbox or PC, until I caved and bought on Steam a couple months back. Who knew it was going to be included in Gamepass Ultimate?

Gamepass got Kingdom Heart 3, FF15, Yakuza series, Gears series, Nier Automata, Mass Effect series, Dragon Age series, Tale of Vesperia, Jedi Fallen Order, NFFS series, Anthem, Batman, Fable series, Forza series, Hellblade, Monster Hunter World, Witcher 3, Ori.......

u subscribe gamepass ultimate US region? Not sure bro, if me i create new acc lol, cos takut later u reload live gold then u no longer eligible for the 1 off conversion. I think somebody shared back then on how to do that.. this was in discussion before series x/s launched lol. BUt i share my step la

1) Create new xbox/microsoft account US region, make sure ur PC is also US region at language and region. email i use gmail one. Make sure ur email alias is not same with ur previous one. like now is abc123@hotmail.com, dont use abc123@gmail.com or watever. Might be causing issue later.
2) buy 3x xbox live gold 12month timecard, can get from shopee, lazada but i get from g2a around usd43 for each, the price fluctuate daily one.
3) I don reload 1 go, i reload 1 timecard 1 day, 2 another day. remember reload u choose not to recurring. but i dont think is a problem to reload 3 1 go la.. i not sure tis one.
4) Reload usd20, u can use it to pay the usd1 and microsoft always wan u to standby the usd14.99 for payment for recurring after your 3 year expire.
5) subscribe to gamepass ultimate for usd1, then it will convert ur xbox live gold remaining months to gamepass ultimate
6) voila u got ur 36months gamepass ultimate

I think this is a misperception for many gamers who didn't really understand about Xbox Games/GPU, to be frank other than 3rd party FPS games which is multiplatform, first party games exclusive for Xbox/PC that is FPS its only Gears of Wars/Halo Series & Sea of Thieves (anymore? cant think of any now)

Compare to Playstation i would say they have more 3rd person view games, Spiderman/Last of Us/Uncharted/Day Gone/infamous/god of war/Astro City/Rachet/little big planet/sack boy & etc.

If i were to say I'm not interested in (TPS) game, i supposed i can skip playstation all together lol.

This will be the last time as I am considering to cancel my series x PO from them as well. Full on boycott

xbox one, xbox series x/s, ps4 and ps5 all can share games...

even game pass and xbox live gold can share...

Oh yeah same like most of us then. I won't say I'll boycott them, but my support to them is very minimal already. On top of higher prices, the various stories we hear, and also the recent PS5 forced bundle fiasco, they are definitely no longer my preferred gaming store. But if they have a game I want, and it's not more expensive than other shops, I'll still buy from them sometimes.

Thats why i dont need Series X for the moment. And yup i prefer the minimalist look on Series S
