To those who book this project, can I ask what's the attraction? I just passed by the proposed site and there's literally no development in that area aside from the squatters. The KTM/potential MRT3 station is not even what I'd consider to be walking distance...

Anyone here place booking fee for this project? I know this project is up on the official website but still very hesitant as now they request for booking fee first before can get Surat Tawaran. Seems fishy any advise?

It’s not fishy, most rumawip project requires booking fees. AK project requires upfront 15k before ballot.

If you do not want to fork up the booking fee suggest you to look for project elsewhere, where the developer will waive your booking fee.

Hi wanna ask, my agent asked me to pay RM10 for the surat akuan sumpah to be uploaded in rumawip portal, is it necessary? You guys paid too?
