The main company Poly Ritz Communities (M) Sdn Bhd is in the latest list of 'Senarai Hitam Pemaju gagal membayar Kompaun' , any comment?

Another concern is the lawyer firm that assigned seem to be a new lawyer firm.

Agent told that developer using Pre-Launch to see is that hot sales for this project or not. Perhaps it make sense.

Meanswhile, the site still full with those old houses. Guess they won't move out easily and will take times to clear off the land.

Another concern is the legal firm, seem insecure for a zero info legal firm to keep our money (RM15k for a buyer, imagine if 300 buyers paid deposit) . Agent said the legal firm located in puchong but i haven't really check for that.

There is another rumahwip had same issue & concern (Pre-Launch, deposit RM15k, under Poly Ritz developer etc) which is Rumahwip Pangsapuri Salak Selatan but this project so far going smooth. May refer to the link below.
