RUMAWIP/RESIDENSI WILAYAH

1. Moratorium 10 years from SPA date. Cannot sell for 10 years unless get permission from DBKL/KWP.

2. Can rent to Malaysian only within moratorium period.

3. After 10 years, moratorium no longer effective, can sell at any price.

4. There is suggestion from KPKT, if want to sell affordable homes within moratorium period, need to sell to government, government will buy according to market price, not S&P price.

Luckily you don't buy Ritz.. It's one of the worst rumawip.. High dense, small size, falsely marketed as walking distance to MRT..

worth buying bro.. leashold flat in pantai dalam selling for RM200K above.. Now you get freehold apartment with condo facilities for RM300K.. Nothing else to ask bro.. This is the best rumawip after Kiara Kasih.. Confirm fast sold out..
