depo buyer sume angkat then ciaooo.is anyone ever step in this solicitor office (one that keep 15k depo money)?

Anyone bought Pangsapuri Salak Selatan Rumahwip? As this also took RM15K deposit and under Poly Ritz too.

Ya quite fishy, but if this really launch, seem to be a good property in such price. Just that no info at all, thus worried like what u showed above, took depo and ciaoz.

Since when rimahwip need show unit to sell? Probably this is the 1st one?

My friend went to visit this showroom already. The SA told us that this rumahwip can be sold with market price after 10 years but I remember rumahwip can only sell back with snp price. Can anyone confirm?

Will anyone still buy rumawip if can only sell back with SnP price after 10 years? Which means your house value is depreciating due to inflation.

even though for own stay but the value itself still will appreciate, just the appreciation rate might affect since many many more project outside which is not come with name "rumahwip"

RUMAWIP/RESIDENSI WILAYAH

1. Moratorium 10 years from SPA date. Cannot sell for 10 years unless get permission from DBKL/KWP.

2. Can rent to Malaysian only within moratorium period.

3. After 10 years, moratorium no longer effective, can sell at any price.

4. There is suggestion from KPKT, if want to sell affordable homes within moratorium period, need to sell to government, government will buy according to market price, not S&P price.
