Also, tried to find the screen protector over the weekend, most dun have it yet but one shop at Sg Wang have it, but RM30 Guarantee no bubbles woh.... He said most people have the bubble problem with the original LG protector. Anyway, it was encouraging to see not only me having problems with the 'original' protector....

Wow wow, now you are trying to compare CCD with CMOS camera, thats just not fair. If only these phone company care to invest in CCD....

yea, i would agree that imobile i-902 camera capability is really outstanding. only thing that is i902 is slow in other aspect. aih..

Come on, why people just can't accept the truth? First don't compare camera phone with digital camera, and now even camera phone also cannot compare with camera phone? Kinda sian with all these kind of responses...

If you care to know more, Canon is famous for their CMOS sensor, they even use CMOS for their DSLR cameras. So it's NOT about CCD or CMOS.

agreed. This time i would buy the comparison becoz both are phone in the 1st place. and imobile excel out in camera, no doubt.

may i know when is the due date of free printer?
last time i heard is 31dec, but now 8jan already n people still can get it at even cheaper than price without printer last month omg

I know CMOS has and outstanding performance in DSLR but not in the phone model. Anyhow, if you know how CCD function you should know that generally CCD is more sensitive and able to capture better image under low light condition.
There is another model in the market which i think is quite good as well and a tad bit faster than i902, the LG KG920. It also spots a 5MP CCD sensor.

Asked the LG promoter here in PG last Sunday in Gurney Plaza, they quoted me RM2099 no negotiation and the due date for printer bundle was....well last Sunday . Will try to ask around later to see if the bundle is still on or not.
If no printer than i think i'm going to give this unit a pass and go for Sammy G800 due to its 3xopt.zoom.

I read from GSMArena that the LG KG920's camera isn't that good.

Why don't you just buy it from SeaEdge? He's selling it for RM1950 with the printer, if the stock is still available. Ask him.

hehehehe... myself also cant promise for the stock, but asked my supplier if they hav any with printer, they say yes for the mean time. he didnt tell me the quantity they have or how many left for me to sell. he just say, got stock. =.="

without the printer the price will drop to 1.4-1.5k very very soon, dont fall into the trap set by marketing ppl. ( if the printer is worth anything, normally printer worth nothing, canon would give away printer for free and make profit on the refill).

I agree, but I was just showing an example that it's not always CCD that's always better.

But CCD normally need a lot of space to fit in the sensor, and kinda explained why many phone that's going to put many functions and chips not using the CCD. Also, CCD takes a lot of battery power, a 1100mAh should power the i902 for more than 3 days but I think CCD took a lot of power too. Imagine if put CCD into a smart phone with 300mhz CPU and above, I think 1100mAh can only tahan 1 day.

Well hopefully CMOS can advance until a point can compete with CCD.

It is not the normal ink printer but uses dye-sublimation which can produce a very vivid and vibrant color that will last for almost a 100years!
One of the reason i want to get this phone is because of this printer.

This 1 cant confirm cos i asked on 31st Dec 07. He also told me the stock is limited that time. I think still got kua cos he said penang guy dont like LG brand so may be got chance la.
