The users at GSM arena says that in 2008,they're releasing Viewty with wi-fi.I guess it's a few months before it reaches our shore.

I'm just wondering if the handsfree set that come with the package is mono or stereo ? Coz when I plug-in the headphone, only the right speaker got sound when listening to music.

If the metal connector (the plug where you insert into the 3.5mm hole) has 2 seperator lines (usually black and some green or red), then it's a stereo plug, mono is only 1 line. Even if it's mono, it's always left but not right. So try insert fully or maybe move a bit outward?

most probably the headset is slightly faulty. try double check the handsfree by reinserting to the adapter. if it is still the right speaker then the handsfree is faulty and send it back to the place you bought.

I tested the handsfree today and both speaker works fine.

Is Viewty with wifi or KS20 ?

btw,can anyone tell me how's the battery life?with mild usage? 1 hour call...a few sms..can it last 2 days?

I tested the camera today. all modes and i think i really kena poison myself. =.=" shudnt play with it...

I think it can last 2 days easily unless you take lots of pictures. My phone lasts for 3 days without charging with 10 sms and about an hour call per day.

on heavy usage ( camera, video taking) and calls, my phone didnt lasted 2 days. on average, mild use, 2-3 days is possible since its a 1000mAh battery after all!

Mine exactly like Quadstar, 1st few days own Viewty, coz taking a lot pictures, try video recording, try this try that... so battery gone faster...
i think normal usage can last 3 days...

first day of owning the phone, used the camera alot, play with the menu, try google maps, bla bla bla, it lasted for almost 1 day plus

as far as i know, wifi is only for the ks20 smartphone.... or maybe u have the latest news??? link pls, coz this might effect my current to buy or not decision, thanks!

KS20 using WM6, designed for stylus, 2MP camera...
it is so much diff with Viewty = ="
