If the metal connector (the plug where you insert into the 3.5mm hole) has 2 seperator lines (usually black and some green or red), then it's a stereo plug, mono is only 1 line. Even if it's mono, it's always left but not right. So try insert fully or maybe move a bit outward?

does this phone have any sms/contact limit? i'm stuck in deciding whether a n95 or this viewty, both are within my budget..

just want to check 2 things with all viewty owners here..

1) sms - when using the keypad option, is there any way to 'increase' the screen size? coz only 2-3 lines are visible at a time and the 'scroll bar' needs very tiny fingers and always clashes wih the 'insert items' icons.

2) only 3 themes are available! any options to download anywhere?

other than that, everything seems fine, the touch interface works better than i thought smile.gif

another sad thing is that i screwed-up the screen protector! first time putting it already got lots of bubbles, then second, third time, gone already... suppose have to buy another one sad.gif anyone know how much? Seaedge?

Hey guys, the viewty is supposed to have a feature in the phonebook whereby you can search for contacts through alphabet tabs on the left. The icon is supposed to be a magnifying glass to the right of the name search field.

However, I seem to be missing this function on my phone. Has anyone ever encountered this problem before?

You guys can check what firmware you using now? I read from Ku990.co.uk and hardwarezone.com.sg that new firmware is non-existant. I really hope they release new firmware to solve the bugs.

You guys ever encounter soft sound or no sound at all after recording video for more than 1 min? Anyone can try? Because some ppl are encountering this problem. 

What's the price of the free printer's ink cartridge? The default ink can only print 5 photo.
