The refund is only for last top up amount, if u top up and have balance after use, seem like cannot refund..

Same as urs.. when u send? I sent on 13 Oct 8pm, CS reply on 14 Oct 11am, quite fast.. do check ur spam email. Because I rmb the auto acknowledgement email goes to spam.

For my issue, they reply me within 3 days time, but i still need to follow up by calling them.
After calling , refund process took around 3 working days.
For myside is topup via Grabpay -> they wanna refund to grabpay (aka reverse the transaction)
But they didn't have enough Grabpay balance, hence they refund to my account.

Kudos to Mynews for solving my problem.

And actually earned RM 20 from this transaction, coz I get Rm 70 mynews credit by using the e-Penjana wallet by Grab

Guys, using MyTNB is considered as Utilities under the eyes of Maybank?

TNB is obviously falls under Utilities because of its MCC is 4900.

Can we still make TNB payment with POS app?? Downloaded and registered for the app yesterday. Bill payment is empty. Is it the app's problem or my phone's problem?

It is my phone, after reinstall the app, bills appear...

My last payment on 8 Oct is successful. Not sure if there is any change since then.

add 1: Just went to the app and yes, blank page under bill payment. Seems like there is a bug. Hope it is resolved soon.

add 2: wait a little longer and the list of payee appears. Seems okay. Try again.

Everytime i sent e-mail or inquiry, they dun want to reveal it...

Why people pay bill via POS app while Elinking has free voucher (occasionally) ?
Maybe everyone is too reech hence ignore those tiny value voucher

There's a thread at the other section that complies all the reported MCC by forumers.

e-linking app is not available for iOS.
Only for Android for the mean time.

FYI, Elinking only available for android phone
iOS user cannot pay using it

Trust issue

Personally, just for the peace of mind, and I can sleep peacefully.
1. I don't have to wait 3 days for payment to reflect.
2. with POS, I can pay up the entire bill in a single day even with multiple payments required.
3. I know POS Malaysia, I don't know DurianMan.
4. I've been getting very crappy vouchers recently
5. With POS, I can pay the exact amount without leaving balance in Elinking
