Can we still make TNB payment with POS app?? Downloaded and registered for the app yesterday. Bill payment is empty. Is it the app's problem or my phone's problem?

If you see this, just uninstall and reinstall the app. It work for me. But I guess it should be fine now.

Anyone have POS Malaysia App CS contact? Not able to find any CS contact. Paid my TNB bill on 1 Nov, till now still haven't reflects in my TNB Acc

I lodge report through contact us and got a report number.
Then only I go "AskPos" for live chat, need to key in the report number.

Thanks, I got it solved yesterday. I sent a complaint through the contact us page, they will provide you a report number.
Then I use the report number to log in to the askpos live chat.
The issue solve within hours..

No, they just ask to wait for the result of investigation, it will take 3 to 6 days.
But when I check my tnb acc few hrs later, payment already reflected.
