I had already initiate MyNews CSR to refund.
They say they can only refund the RECENT amount but not full amount.

But i only topup once which is RM 70 (from ePenjana from grab).
Hope that i can get my refund.

How long posmobile will update the payment to tnb.i paid last Friday and didnt update in mytnb yet..

i m facing the same issue as u, Friday payment not update till today. But the payment to same TNB account on Saturday was updated on next day (Sunday). My TNB account still have outstanding amount (Friday payment total amount).

Somehow payment on last Fri 18/9 is still not reflected yet for TNB.I made another payment to the same account yestrday and it is reflected already. Which tel number for pos mobile should I call?

I face the same issue. Last Friday payment to tnb via posmobile not updated in mytnb but payment on Sunday and Yesterday already updated.

It seems only Friday payment is having this issue. Shall we contact posmobile or ipay88?

I have emailed the ipay88 support as they are the ones to send the confirmation transaction successful to our email.

Yes, mine still not reflected..try to call POS, but nobody answer..

They replied the transaction has been captured by their gateway but ask me to contact the merchant POs Malaysia. Now i am sending another email to Pos Malaysia to check.

I think u no need to call POS.
I saw my TNB account was updated with all Friday payment.
Maybe they already knew the issue via the forumers email
