ubi server still cannot access, tried login to division 2 cannot. battle.net still able to login and play call of duty multipalyer. Come on lh it's 2020 everything need online to play....

As for OVH, I have emailed them about this issue.
They changed their route to U Mobile and it looks more better now.
No longer facing high ping to OVH Singapore.

Just re-enabled IPv6 everything is working except now Rockstar Games is running at offline mode

if every night like this, we should do a series of traceroute to those problematic routing server and send to tm email together at the same time....
I think the roots problem still consist between TM and Telia.net, already years still like this and every few months more serious....
this routing always shit when the connections is overload....

Ping is double with ipv6 sigh.

TM IPv6 only work well with very less sites,For now only i only seen Google and Facebook still acceptable,others high ping.

Yea. On patching i turn on ipv6 after done patch. I turn off to get lower ping. Wtf this tm.

Guys all my sites can't work or extremely laggy.
Epic games cannot load up.
Reddit so laggy.
Hope they solve this up asap so we can enjoy the weekend.

Complaint to TM is the only way for long-term solution.
1. Download Pingplotter and install it.
2 Run Pingplotter and type in the sites or IPs that you are having problem.
3. Wait for few mins,and select "Copy as Image" or "Copy as Text".
4. Attach it and send a email to " help@tm.com.my " with title - Routing Issue with some problem description.

Better send more traceroute information for TM,and wait for their replies,and if no replies,then send back with the report ID for asking the latest status.


From my experience, Live chat is not work for this kind of technical problem.
And after sending the email,they usually will send back an acknowledge email next day or same day for the report. (At least they have reply la..haha )
But if not keep chasing them,they will not fix the problem,but keep chasing then problem will solve in weeks.
