old helmets surprisingly last longer than new, sad
then again, it's the quality of the polystyrene inside that determines whether the helmet is safe to use or not

i want to order the AFX FX-41DS...havent ordered yet.

theres a few site around but revzilla is the one i think i trust more....just not sure if the helmets sold in the US has E Mark on them
*
I had tried to email AFX directly and they dont have the E marking on my size (4XL). cry.gif

I don't think any of the manufacturers do ECE certification for those sizes. doh.gif

I just hope to find a full helmet (branded) here in MY. *wishful thinking* icon_question.gif

Have u tried going to one of those shoei custom fittings? They might be able to do something for u...was quite often before covid in klang...not sure if they still have it.

I assume local brands like mhr, lts n stuff wont have ur size right?

Ever looked at lazer helmets?

Durian Bikeris having quite a significant sale today.
user posted image

cheap nolan and x-lite.
can take a look if you're looking for a new helmet.
the sale price is much cheaper than any local store that i've seen. even cheaper than what fc-moto could offer (after +shipping +tax).

that sale price can apply another 10% rebate voucher on top of that sale price.

yeah the only reason i skip the x403gt cos i have never tried fitting any xlite before.
certainly not the x403gt. never seen anyone carry those and have them for display.

if doesn't fit nicely i'm not gonna wear them.

Just went to motorworld PJ's and test out the ADX2.

user posted image

Helmet is big. M size I wear shares the same shell size of M-2XL. Heavier than the ADX1 by 150g. At 1750g it's heavy but to be expected for a modular adventure helmet. Lining is quite comfortable. But sizing is off. While the M ADX1 fits me perfectly, the M ADX2 is a bit loose. No size S for me to test so maybe have to go to one of he dealers as they already shipped out most of the inventory to dealers. Hopefully the S size would fit. And will benefit from the smaller shell so would look less bobbleheaded.
